Are you alone?

Are you alone?

In many of my lucid dreams, I am amazed at the things people say to me.

Am I playing both parts in the dream?

Do I make up what was spoken to me?

How could I be informed by a participant in the dream
that I was having a nightmare and because of what was said
I became aware that I was dreaming and woke-up.

Marie said of the situation, “This is a nightmare!”

Her boyfriend turned straight faced and in such a strange way
and said to her, “Marie, this is a nightmare.”

I said, “My God, this is a nightmare!” and I woke up.

You are not alone.

Bad Dreams

Z z z z ...

I was talking to a lady acquaintance about my Novel, ‘The Ecstasy of My Dream’ and she told me she hates dreams and when she has one, as if dreaming was rare, she wakes up as fast as possible.

I quizzed her a little more and I knew she was really uncomfortable talking about it. The most I could discern was, her words… “they just make me feel creepy, like its some other life or maybe death, I don’t know.” And, that was it; end of conversation.

That is a shame. There was probably much more to it but it’s not for me to say.

After a long day, especially when it has been a good day, climbing into my world of dreams is a delight. It is because I am lucid, my dreams are a fairy land of delight, mostly. Oh, on occasion I wrestle in turmoil but that is where being the boss always wakes me with understanding and inspiration.

Who knows what lurks in the minds of many? Scary aye?

Are You the Boss

Are You the Boss in your Dreams?

You are. If you have a nightmare, you wake-up.
You will not allow things in your dreams you don't like.

Your dream world is a secret place.
And it is best you keep it that way.

Circadian Rhythm the essential of health

Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. I don't know about the wealthy part, but making an effort to put your bio-clock in balance makes a big difference in the quality of your sleep.

It is not what you think!

Synesthesia (also spelled synæsthesia or synaesthesia, plural synesthesiae or synaesthesiae), from the ancient Greek σύν (syn), "together," and αἴσθησις (aisthēsis), "sensation," is a neurologically based condition in which stimulation of one sensory or cognitive pathway leads to automatic, involuntary experiences in a second sensory or cognitive pathway. People who report such experiences are known as synesthetes.

Dreams that seemingly morph without logic is part of the weightlessness of sleep. One needs to be free on all accounts. It seems logical does it not. The logic of senselessness. It unfortunately dominates the US Congress.

Dream Ecstasy

In my book, “The Ecstasy of my Dream,” I express a philosophy, that to truly have ecstasy in your dreams you must be self-righteous and in order to be self-righteous you must be right. People seem to have difficulty today even knowing what right is or that there is right thinking. So think about it. Do you know what right is? You can be damn sure you know what wrong is when it is done to you. That analysis may help you.
Get wrong out of your life and may you have sweet dreams.
This has been a non-secular offering by a spirit guide to help you be complete or rather whole or is that holy as in Holy Spirit or rather complete in the spirit.

Differentials

Other than the mathematical term differential, do you know what differentials are? How about tired and rested as in, “I am so tired of dealing with this day; I need to go to sleep, and “I slept so well, I am ready for the challenge of this day.” Differentials are the only way we recognize anything in the science of existentialism as in hard vs. soft, light vs. dark, real vs. unreal, good vs. evil. One might consider many differentials, even righteous vs. unrighteous. What does that have to do with my sleep? Read “The Ecstasy of my Dream.” See http://tjginn.com/publications  for discounts and links.

Eliminate Sleep

In the course of your life have you ever tried to eliminate sleep? Like Thomas Edison who used catnaps rather than long sleep periods or as many a poet and author have referred to sleep as little slashes of death, those times when you leave you conscious control to the realm of the subconscious or unconscious?

I have at times attempted to eliminate sleep with ideologies such as, “If life was good enough, or sweet enough, or kind enough I would not need to sleep,” that it is the burden of troubles that requires my escape and if I only realized and rationalized this, I could get beyond the need. “Wrong.”

Not only do you need to get away from your troubles, you need to get away from your body, which is the majority of your troubles. When you sleep you are free from the weight, the pressure and the pain of your body, you need to get away from even the image of yourself, you need to get away from the time orientation and finality of your existence and float in the boundless ecstasy away from the differential. If you don’t know what that means… read “The Ecstasy of my Dream”

Get a grip on where you are.

Egyptian Cotton

Small investment brings big change. Tell your partner you love them, buy a second bed with the mattress of your choice, cover it with Egyptian cotton sheets with fluffy pillows and sleep alone with the whole bed to yourself. Get ready for the sleep of your life. It may take a few nights because you will be rolling around in the ecstasy of your body against that wonderful softness. You should sleep naked for the full effect. If not naked than at least have your legs, feet and arms against the sheets. Rolling from side to side and stretching your legs as you navigate the entire bed undisturbed during the night will change your life. Egyptian cotton is essential.

The importance of Dreams

If you are not remembering your dreams, you are missing 1/3 of your life. That is if you sleep 8 hours a night.
Last night I was a school teacher. I was upset with the filth in the new schools bathrooms and I was cleaning and flushing and cussing at the condition. What does that mean?

Water Girl

I’m a pudgy 5’8” man but in my dreams I’m young and thin and spry. I encountered a beautiful and enticing woman who embraced me with a hug. She turned her back side to me and pulled me in, in a lustful thrust. She turned in to water in full form and I absorbed her in a splash and she infused me. The cool rush was like diving in a pool of welcomed cool water and we were one.

Achilles

I was standing on the bow of a Trojan ship and I was discussing the lack of wind with Achilles. He looked across to another ship and on the bow was Hector who Achilles never trusted. Seeing that there was no wind Achilles dives into the water with a rope on the bow and swims to tow the ship with the strength of Zeus. Achilles towed the ship out of sight of Hector who was lost behind with no wind. Hector had plotted Achilles death with the sinking of his ship, but Achilles power prevailed.

I Can See!

I can see this will take a little time. People have emailed me and told me some dreams but have not yet posted any on this blog. Come on people share some stuff! It won't hurt and it's anonymous. I personally am not paying attention much to my dreams right now. I'm just too busy with the daily mundane... How about you?
I'm restarting the survey at the bottom of the blog. Give me your answers.

Lucid

Lucid dreaming happens on its own. You can not make it happen. Becoming aware of and remembering your dreams brings you closer to a lucid state. Last night I had a long sequence. I was driving a small sports car and I was really into spinning it around by breaking loose the rear wheels. Of course it was a rear wheel drive. Anyway I drove it right into this mall and spun it up on the sidewalk right in front of this hair salon and parked it. I went in for a haircut. I explained to the beautician that no one would mind, it was a small car. Go figure!! Dreams are weightless

Beginning

Your dream world is who you really are. It is yours and you command it. Sometimes it gets out of control and you just wake-up. This Blog is all about dreams. You can tell them here or not. Sometimes a really cool dream could be the source of a great story or fiction. In which case don't tell it here because you will lose copyrights.

I would love to hear about your dreams, I will tell you mine and it is all about achieving ecstasy because that world belongs to you.
